We’re called to literally bless the nations. Releasing Kings for Ministry in the Marketplace is a major part of God's movement on the Earth. God' movement on the Earth is called the Kingdom of God or the Kingdom of Heaven – and within this reality there is a rising up of God’s people into their destiny (ministry of reconciliation) and their dreams. We are going to equip you with God's Teaching and Instruction which provides a Scriptural basis for the expansion of the Kingdom of God into all areas of society. You will see a picture of you, a picture of Kings who are naturally bold, competitive, creative, and decisive, who are being used to fulfill the Great Commission. God is using a people brave enough, courageous enough, teachable enough and humble enough to step out and do exploits, to fill the whole Earth with His Glory. You’re being invited!
Yesterday, I commented on how most pastors today are in reality not spiritual shepherds as much as they are corporate CEOs. The same mentality, philosophy, and strategy that drive corporate boardrooms also drive the boardrooms of modern churches–to a tee. Pastors act like CEOs, dress like CEOs, talk like CEOs, manage like CEOs, and think like CEOs.
Today, what if CEO's acted more like the Godly father's they were created to be and fulfilled their calling to restoration and reconciliation? We might be seeing things like this:
Imagine an army of Kings (or just one good one) that can take on projects to advance God’s Kingdom. Just as David’s mighty men, they would take on battles or projects outside the normal influence of their local church and bring home great victories. What kind of feats would they undertake?
* Within a King’s business realm, imagine him as the pastor of his employees; the outreach ministry to his customers. What if his employee training was really discipleship? What if he raised up leaders that would duplicate his kingly anointing? What if he prayed for his business and employees?
*On a local level they could expand the church facilities, sponsor city wide crusades, and undertake initiatives to care for the poor, train the unemployed… get the picture? Don’t forget I don’t just mean manage these initiatives and spend the church budget. Kings would fund them out of their own pockets.
* On a national level, a network of Kings could replace the welfare system with something that put people to work.
* On an international level, Kings could take on missions. Instead of paying for orphanages indefinitely, they would teach the locals to start businesses and in one short generation the orphanages would be self-supporting “and” equip highly trained and motivated young men and woman that would change their nation.
Get the picture? “What” can be anything you can dream of? You’ve heard the saying, “You can’t out give God?” You can’t “out dream” Him either! He’s already exceedingly abundantly ahead of you.
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think… Eph 3:20 NKJV
Wait, That Sounds All too Familiar
If that sounds more like the job of a pastor, it should. Another descriptive definition of pastor ra'ah, which means to pasture, tend, graze, feed...In times past, it was the keeper of the herds that made the $$ that put food on the table, that built the homes, kept the families and were responsible for the land.
God called His people together in what is called an assembly...(See Exodus 19, 1 Peter 2:9). In other words, we should righlty expect to find the path back to the Greatness of America in the assembly of Saints or that Holy Nation...called out to take on the evils of corruption and wickedness now becoming so prevalent from the House of the People in D.C. to the local courthouses across this dream that was birthed from the heart of God and carried out by men. (Psalm 115:16 ~ The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD'S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.)
Pastors stop being CEO's and CEO's start being pastors.
